Project WAVE, NY, works with over 230 member agencies throughout the state who provide HIV Counseling and Testing services or are able to refer people to other agencies that can provide HIV testing.

Project WAVE New York is a partnership with both the private and public sectors, to fight the HIV/AIDS epidemic in communities of color. Project WAVE NY supports and enhances community-level HIV counseling and testing events by its member agencies through incentives and other types of assistance.
